Refunds or exchanges will be accepted in the case of faulty or damaged items, or if the item is unopened in it's original packaging.
Due to hygenic reasons, we cannot accept returned items that have been opened without you consulting with us first. Please contact us using the
with the reason for wishing to return an item that has been opened. We understand that there are sometimes valid reasons for this.
We would ask you though not to return anything that has been worn.
For undamaged returns, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage.
To qualify for a refund, undamaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
