All parcels sent within the UK and Europe are sent in plain packaging with no mention of contents.
International parcels have to be sent with a Customs Declaration sticker attached which will describe the contents as "Clothing".
Address labels will have a Return to Sender address of 'The Bainbridge & Boston Co Ltd.'
Postage and Delivery
We only sell from stock, and so depending on the time of day you place your order,
it will either be despatched the same day, or on the next working day.
All parcels are despatched using Royal Mail with expected delivery within a couple
of working days.
We offer optional Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery for the UK only.
This can be requested on the Order Form when supplying your name and address details.
We accept delivery instructions on the order form and will liaise with you where necessary to ensure satisfactory delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted in the case of faulty or damaged items, or if the item is unopened in it's original packaging.
Due to hygenic reasons, we cannot accept returned items that have been opened without
you consulting with us first. Please contact us using the Contact Form with the
reason for wishing to return an item that has been opened. We understand that there
are sometimes valid reasons for this. We would ask you though not to return anything
that has been worn.
For undamaged returns, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage.
To qualify for a refund, undamaged items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Orders by Phone
We are happy to take orders by phone (01923 221116) if online ordering is inconvenient or not possible. Our opening times are between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday. You will need to quote the product code(s) of the item(s) you wish to order.
Only when you have proceeded from the Shopping Cart to the checkout and submitted your card
details or PayPal details is the order submitted and processed.
At any point before that you are able to abort the order by simply leaving the website. Alternatively, you can return to the Shopping Cart and empty or change the cart if you wish to revise or remove your order.
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with PayPal, and all transactions are processed through a secure server. In the case of Credit and Debit Cards, we use
PaymentSense, the UK's largest Merchant Service Provider.
